John M. Silva, Chief Executive Officer
Silva directs and manages all of the organizations operations – administration, finance, human resources, medical, dental, marketing, public relations and transportation services among other departments and functions.
Formerly, he was a senior consultant providing professional services to the National Association of Community Health Care Centers (NACHC), community health centers (CHC) and state primary care associations (PCAs) and served as chief executive officer for the following organizations: Hometown Health Centers (formerly Schenectady Family Health Services), Family Care Health Centers, Alliance for Community Health, JMS Associates and Managed Care Assistance Corporation.
In 1993, Silva was elected president of the National Association of Community Health Centers, the largest association of community, migrant and homeless health centers in the U.S. He also served on then First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton’s Universal Health Care Development Group, representing the nation’s 1000+ community health centers.
Silva is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and attended Columbia University and St. Louis University.
Maiuri Ranchhod, Chief Operating Officer
Ranchhod supervises and manages the day-to-day operations and internal functions of the organization.
She most recently worked at Hillcrest Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital, Emory University, Emory University Medical School, Atlanta Union Mission, Egleston Children’s Hospital, Newton General Hospital and Oxford College of Emory University.
She is a graduate of the Medical University of Lublin (Poland) and an undergraduate of Emory University and the Oxford College of Emory University.

Cassie Clayton, Chief Nursing Officer
Larry Tease, Chief Financial Officer
Tease oversees the organization’s accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions in addition to developing and implementing the financial strategy, planning and forecasts.
Previously, he served as technical and financial analysts at Williams Communication and a capital budget analyst and accounts payable clerk with the Public Service Company of Oklahoma.
Tease is a graduate of Langston University and Tulsa Technology Center.
Stan Fosburg, Chief Information Technology Officer
Fosburg defines, updates and implements the information technology strategy and operations at Morton.
He served as a professional services engineer at Nortel Networks and a customer support engineer with Memorex Telex before assuming his current position.
He is certified as a CVX technician and as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) among other certifications in information technology.
Fosburg is a former member of the U. S. Navy.
Michelle Jones, Chief Compliance Officer
Jones coordinates and monitors the implementation of the compliance program.
Previously, she worked with Dillard’s, Thoreau Demonstration School and Oral Roberts University.
She is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University (MBA program) and an undergraduate of Oral Roberts University. She is bilingual in English/Spanish. |
